Class Schedule
INTRO CLASS – This class is every Saturday morning @ 9 AM. Call ahead to schedule your appointment. Come in and get an introduction to CrossFit while we get to know you and your goals. You must attend this class in order for us to assess your current physical state and discuss your fitness goals.
OPEN GYM - No coaching is provided during this time. Inexperienced CrossFitters should not risk injury attempting WOD's unsupervised during this time. There is no scheduled WOD or Intro Class for this time.
CROSSFIT GROUP WOD - Classes start on times scheduled and burpees are performed in honor of all late athletes.
